Altram has developed a new resource for the SureStart programme, a story called Cá bhfuil Lúlú?. It is a resource for practitioners which supports the development of emerging language skills among children within the SureStart Developmental Programme for 2-3 Year Olds. The book provides an opportunity to introduce and practise some key words and sentence patterns in Irish, within the context of an attractive story format. Cá bhfuil Lúlú? storytelling workshops will take place during SureStart Stay & Play sessions. It is hoped that this resource will be useful for all Irish-medium Early Years settings.
